Implement Google Analytics Tracking using GTM

Purpose

Find out how to reach a particular target group

Possible Course of Action

1) Traffic is segmented using a segmentation page
a) Create segmentation page
b) place the code on segmentation page
2) Using AdWords similar users feature and the data of the segmented traffic, more traffic is generated for the site.
a) Place remarketing code when person belongs to target audience
3) Using Universal Google Analytics find out which “interests” the target group has and to which demography they belong to.
a) Eventually upgrade to universal tracking
b) Create segment for visitors belonging to target audience group

Solution

  1. I have implemented Google Analytics using GTM. Please refer to Google Tag Manager for details configuration.
  2. Create Goal to segment for the visitors belonging to target audience group
